This restorative ytt online is offered through our renowned Virtual Training platform, with 1 year access, a paper study manual and includes 25 hours of Yoga Alliance CEUs. In this course, you will learn the artful and therapeutic use of props to create supported, therapeutic variations of classical yoga poses. You will explore the “what, why and how” of Restorative yoga as a method of soothing the nervous system. You will grow in your understanding of how Restorative yoga can help you and your students navigate the different pathologies that often present themselves during practice.
