7 steps to be happy and earn money in the process

Earn money and be happy in the process? Wasn’t money supposed to be the root of all evil? Well, if we think about it, most of the same principles for making money are the same as for being happy. Here is a list of seven keys to making money and being happy in the process…

1. Think happiness first, money will come later

When I was younger, I majored in business in college (which I graduated from). I used to go to my business professors and tell them how I wanted to get into a new business venture every time I saw them. There were two problems with this. (1) I am a writer first, not an entrepreneur. (2) Therefore, I should not have majored in business in the first place. The point is that I was chasing money first, and I thought happiness would follow, either way. The point is, I never failed at any of those great business ventures. The reason for this is that I never started.

If you want to become truly wealthy (meaning in mind, spirit, and monetarily), you have to do something you love. Whether it’s painting, cleaning, baking or writing, if you do what you love, the money will follow. If not, since nothing in life is guaranteed, then you could at least say that you tried to live your dreams, but keep trying and it will eventually happen. Remember, there is nothing noble about conquering the world and losing your soul in the process.

2. Use the power of your subconscious mind

Your nervous system consists of two parts, a subconscious part and a conscious part. Conscious is when you do something while being aware of what you are doing, like tying your shoes, writing, hugging someone, etc. All these actions happen when you are thinking. Subconscious actions occur when you are not thinking, such as your heartbeat, your breathing, etc.

Let’s now illustrate the difference between the conscious and subconscious mind, and how they interact… First you start learning to drive a car. you are clumsy Everything you are doing is extremely conscious and robotic, hit the gas, check speed, watch lanes for no weaving, etc. Now, when you drive, you simultaneously put on your makeup, talk on your cell phone, eat breakfast, etc. You don’t even think about it. You do it all unconsciously.

Whenever you work on a problem, such as a job or a personal problem, you can consciously, clumsily, and robotically work on it yourself. Another, much easier way to do this is to work on the problem using your subconscious. Ask infinite intelligence for answers, or that silent voice in your head. Once you activate your subconscious or that “silent voice” you evoke an infinite intelligence that will help you reach your goal.

3. Visualize

Visualization is perhaps the fastest way to activate your subconscious mind. A good exercise to try is to visualize each of your goals, each goal for 30 minutes as having been completed. For example, if your goal is to get a job, visualize yourself working at that job. Visualize the new car you will drive, etc. As you evoke your subconscious, it will send you instructions or “hunches” to try to get you to your goal. Also, with these instructions you can reach your goal, if you just listen and apply them.

4. Set goals

Without goals, we perish. This was illustrated by Viktor Frankl, who was in a concentration camp. In it, he discovered that the prisoners who survived were the ones with a goal: a reason to live. Obviously, then, having goals is essential to life and happiness. However, setting goals is also essential to making money. When it comes to money, jobs, start-ups, companies, etc. You need a target to aim for. How much money do I want to earn? What position do I want to be in? If you don’t have an objective or a goal, you will walk in circles and get nowhere. How could you aim without a target? If you have a goal for what you want, you can program your subconscious to tell you what you want, and you will quickly get closer to your goal. Believe in yourself and listen to that inner voice within you. The combination of belief, subconscious, and action is omnipotent.

5. Think positive

Positive thinking evokes your subconscious. The reasoning for this is found in a parable… Your conscious thoughts are seeds and your subconscious are the plants that grow from those seeds. Whatever seeds you plant in your subconscious mind, whether positive or negative, are immediately taken up by the subconscious mind and planted there, germinating into a plant in the subconscious mind.

If the seed is positive, it will germinate into a positive plant that will bring good results in the conscious mind and in your outer world. Good things will happen to the person, as the subconscious will send instructions to the conscious mind to do something positive. These instructions will come to you in that silent voice that will tell you what to do. If the instructions are negative, you will subconsciously be programmed to fail and face unfortunate circumstances, as the silent voice will lead you to self-destructive behavior.

Also, if you want happiness, plant positive seeds. What job do you want? What friends do you want? What kind of person do you want to marry? View tasks as completed. Always remember, every thought you consciously have is a seed. The subconscious cannot tell the difference between a positive or a negative seed, it just lets the seed grow in the subconscious mind. Therefore, watch your internal dialogue and what you tell other people about yourself with vigilance because what you say may soon become your reality.

6. Believe in yourself and in others

This is important to be able to set goals and make your subconscious work to achieve your goals. However, believing in yourself and others is also essential for good social skills. Social skills, according to Dale Carnegie represent 85% of success at work, they are also essential to be happy. A man or a woman cannot be happy by themselves, they need someone to make them happy, whether they are friends, soul mates or life partners, it is irrelevant. Hence, believing in oneself and in others is essential to make friends, be happy and have a satisfactory income. These two factors should not be left to chance as their importance is immeasurable.

7. Be bold

Always remember Goethe’s famous quote: “Everything you can do or dream you can do, start. Boldness has genius, power and magic.” This quote needs no explanation as it goes straight to the point. If you want to make money or be happy, you will have to do something about it. It’s good to read books about it; however, you won’t get any noteworthy results until you take action. You won’t be able to get these abilities by osmosis between you and the paper of the book. You can only gain these abilities through this “weird and crazy experiment” we call life.

I can’t stress this enough, but now you have to! Visualize, evoke your subconscious, be bold and try to live your dreams. Follow the instructions of infinite intelligence and you can have the best of both worlds: be happy and earn money. In fact, the instructions will be so precise, that if you follow them, you won’t know how it all turned out as if it were “chance.” However, you will know that it was not a coincidence, you simply programmed your subconscious and followed its instructions. Follow that little voice in your head, and all your hopes and dreams will move from your subconscious to germinate in your conscious mind, then manifest in your outer world as you follow its instructions. Very soon, you will learn that life is just a game, but it is a game you can win, if you just follow the instructions of the subconscious.
