BPO companies in India have also started to capitalize on domestic companies that want to outsource to cover the losses of their Western clients. They have also begun moving their businesses to Tier II cities in hopes of lowering their labor costs. They are finding ways to reduce their dependence on the US by doing so. The other challenge that major BPO centers may have to deal with is the increasing inclination of companies towards independent providers within their country. With layoffs occurring at most companies in the US and UK, the freelance economy has gained momentum. Most of the unemployed and skilled workers turned to self-employment during this economic collapse. The availability of qualified UK IT professionals offering freelance services is also on the rise.

So is the outsourcing industry recession proof? The Wall Street Journal in 2009 reported that Indian entity HCL Technologies Ltd. topped the list of outsourcers in 2009 with almost 94% of companies surveyed saying they would definitely consider India as an outsourcing destination for the right price, second only to for the US market. The outsourcing industry is not an independent entity that would not be affected by changes in the global economy. But one thing is for sure, the industry has learned to take the hits and survive.

In Oakland, California, a school teacher assigned students to write letters to the Oakland Police Department, demanding that they stop using racial profiling. For a math class. At another school, the first grade teachers are reading a book called ‘A is for Activist’. It teaches them that ‘F’ is for feminist, ‘T’ for trans, and ‘X’ for Malcolm X.”

In Illinois, the director invited a BLM activist who celebrated the Chicago police execution-style killings to speak on the day of the race. That is madness personified.

In Florida, a high school physical education teacher lost his job for refusing to enter a boys’ locker room where a minor was undressing. According to the administration, he disrespected the student, a girl, who identified herself as a boy. In fact, the administration is suffering in the least from too foolish behaviour.

The mother of a boy in North Carolina’s Wake County Public School system recently took to Twitter to express her outrage. The school announced that the term ‘grandfather’ will no longer be allowed to be used due to the word’s racist undertones. When confronted, a Board member explained that the name is simply not ‘inclusive’. Now, that seems a little crazy.

While these are incredible examples of what schools are doing with kids in 2020, wait until you see what else is going on. A five-year-old boy in kindergarten returned from spring break with a freshly cut, spiked Mohawk haircut. He was immediately sent home for violating the schools dress code. Actually? He couldn’t come back until Mom shaved it off.

A 6-year-old Colorado boy has been suspended from school for holding hands with a girl in his class and kissing her. The school accused him of sexual harassment and suspended him. After a public outcry, they later removed the sexual harassment classification from the child’s registry. Excuse me, but who does that?

In Maryland, a 7-year-old boy received a two-day suspension from school. His crime of him? At lunch, he munched on a gun-shaped Pop-Tart. The school’s zero tolerance gun policy seems pretty strict. I guess they dodged a Pop-Tart bullet in that.

A 10-year-old boy from Ohio has been suspended for three days for pointing a finger at another child during recess. ummm? The principal told the boy’s father that he will receive a longer suspension up to and including expulsion if it happens again. It’s hard to imagine these people feeding themselves, let alone graduating from college.

Back in Colorado, where madness is the order of the day, a third grader was suspended for violating the school’s dress code. What dazzling feat did she do? She shaved her head to support a cancer-stricken classmate who had lost all of her hair.

And we go to Pennsylvania for the most egregious example of school suspensions. An 18-year-old high school senior, during a question-and-answer session in the school auditorium, really screwed up. The question and answer session was with Miss America, and he stood up and asked the beautiful lady if she would go to prom with him. For this reason, the Rector suspended him for three days because he planned it in advance.

We have not only turned our schools into transmission belts for Marxism. We have given them over to madness. What message are we sending with these little tyrants masquerading as administrators who suspend our children for being children? Our education system is working hard to achieve new lows in this country.

In fact, the Chinese astrology art of ZWDS and Bazi is able to accurately determine the type of career that suits a person the most because it can tell us a person’s character, ability, interests, and luck.

However, I have observed that there are very few Bazi practitioners who can accurately advise their clients which profession is really suitable for them. How did such an accurate astrological tool end up in such a sorry state? The root of the problem stems from these Bazi practitioners not understanding the context for which the rules of this ancient art were established.

The Bazi practitioners of ancient China classified all works into 5 elemental categories consisting of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water by matching the key traits of the works with the metaphysical elemental properties of these 5 elements. During those medieval times, they had at most 72 job types which can be grouped into 5 main types comprising businessmen, farmers, fishermen, government officials, and academics. Therefore, classifying each occupation into 1 of the 5 elements is straightforward.

They will proceed to read their client’s Bazi cards and determine their favorable elements. Finally, they will advise these clients to take a job that is listed in the category of their favorable element. Also keep in mind that the pace of life of people living in ancient China is relaxed and the mentality then is not so much about earning a lot of money but more about leading a not so hectic life.

Unfortunately, most of these Bazi practitioners are copying such ancient Bazi practices without much understanding of the context and modifying them to suit the lifestyle and mindset of modern society, as well as the much more complex range of occupations. In Bazi, the favorable elements are usually the element we are missing because the general principle of favorable elements is to balance the elemental inequality in one’s Bazi card.

If one’s favorable element is one that this person’s Bazi card has a shortage of, suffice it to say that they will be weaker in the qualities that particular element represents. For example, metal represents perseverance and, in general, it can be said that a person who has metal as their favorable element scores lower in terms of perseverance. As such, how can a person who lacks perseverance perform well in a job that is the epitome of perseverance?

Why did former Bazi practitioners advocate that the client take up an occupation in which one is weak? This is partly because in ancient China, the pace of life is much slower and therefore it was more important to lead a sedentary lifestyle which can only be achieved by using one’s occupation to balance Bazi deficiency. . In modern society, the emphasis has shifted to excelling in one’s occupation, even if it means a lower quality of life brought on by a hectic work schedule.

The other problem that makes this industry-based occupation assessment method of favorable elements inaccurate is that jobs have evolved in complexity and variety, making it difficult to classify them exclusively on any of the 5 elements. For example, engineering is classified as wood, but electronics and mechanics are classified as fire and metal, respectively. So what is then the elementary classification of electronic engineering and mechanical engineering?

As such, I hope that both Bazi practitioners and believers assiduously consider context and relevance when practicing and following this art that has evolved since ancient times. The Family Limited Partnership can provide a strong layer of defense between your assets and creditors. Once you’ve established an FLP, creditors going after the assets in the business are tough. In the event that a judgment is granted to a creditor, there is a specific court judgment that must be carried out in order to try to receive distributions of profits from the partnership. Even if the creditor receives a collection order, that does not guarantee that you will be paid any amount on the debt, but it does put you in a position to become a recipient of income, whether or not earnings are recognized. The money is not distributed to the creditor, but the creditor must pay taxes on the derived income.

The FLP is one of the most effective tools for asset protection. It helps reduce estate and income taxes, provides the ability to manage assets, while denying creditors access to assets.

General partners have the majority of control, while limited partners have little or no control. The law rejects the rights of creditors to obtain interests in the company. FLPs protect your assets from lawsuits and help you maintain control over your assets. Establishment of a FLP
The first step to take is to properly establish an FLP based on the needs of the client. The partnership agreement must be precisely drafted and ownership must be determined. Assets must be legally transferred to the FLP. Once this is done, your assets are protected. The FLP must be filed with the appropriate state official, usually the person who runs the corporations. Check with your state division of corporations to determine the requirements and fees required for proper filing.

How does it work
If a judgment is obtained, a creditor must acquire a charging order against the corporation from a court of competent jurisdiction. The collection order entitles the creditor to the debtor’s portion of the FLP distributions. However, if no distributions are made, the creditor does not receive any money. The general partners who are the managing partners of FLP maintain control of any distribution. If the partnership has profits that are not paid to the partners, the creditor receives a K-1 tax form along with all the partners. The amount shown on this tax form must be included on the creditor’s income tax return and pay any taxes to the IRS on money never received. As a consequence, few creditors request a collection order. The partnership agreement is confidential and is not filed with any government agency. Limited partners are not listed in any government filings, so complete anonymity is provided.

Implementation and Design
A Family Limited Partnership (“FLP”) is a partnership formed by family members to assist in the preservation, management, and maximization of the family’s assets. The society is generally managed by a family corporation to ensure the viability of the society for subsequent generations. FLPs can provide solutions to many of the fundamental challenges families face, such as:
• Correct administration of family assets during the life of the elders of the family.
• Capitalize on full value as assets pass to heirs
• The reduction of current income taxes
• Reduction of the taxable value of the family patrimony
• Help gift assets to family members
• Safeguard family assets from unwarranted claims by creditors

Organization of a FLP
In an FLP, a family’s assets are contributed to the partnership in exchange for limited partnership units. The division of the units is generally between the family members who are the limited partners and one or more corporations, LLCs, or trusts that own the larger number of units as the general partners. General partners are the management portion and limited partners have no say in the operation of the business. The partnership will pay the general partners the fees for services rendered. Those fees are deductible by the partnership and, in turn, are income to the general partner. Any typical business expenses of the partnership are allowed under IRS regulations as with any business.

Income Tax Advantages of an FLP
Once properly prepared and with the consent of the general partner or as determined in the Partnership Agreement, any of the units held by any limited partner may be gifted to family members, purchased by trust in exchange for a promissory note, or donated to a charity in any form desired. If donated to charity, the grantor will receive an income tax deduction for the fair market value of the donation. Please note that not all options are necessary or advantageous to limited partners, therefore appropriate advice from experts in the field may be required.
