How does it work?

I’ll tell you how it worked for my friend with the Danes. You can substitute another food for this process. The process described below only applies to food, there are more things to consider when working with behaviors.

First let me explain the submodalities. Submodalities are a way that our brain encodes our thinking. Let me teach you. When you think of your favorite food, do you have an image? Now where is this image located? Is it near or far, above or below, inside or outside of you? This is the Location Submodality. By being aware that the mind does this, we can quickly create meaningful change.

Knowing the location, we can work with a food that a person would like to no longer like. That is how:

1. Ask the person if In fact You want to stop liking food. He was at an Italian club meeting and one of the members asked me to help him overcome an “addiction” to lasagna. I had to ask him if he really wanted to dislike the lasagna. He said no. Same with a cigarette smoker, they have to really want to stop liking

2. Then ask them, “when you think about how much you like to eat (Danish)You have a photo?” The exact words are very important. Some NLP word sets are suggested because they help create big changes, if you want results memorize the words or read them from a script.

3. When they have an image, ask them about the Submodalities. The main one is location (location, location, location). Next is colour/black and white, then film or still image. Ask them quickly, in quick succession:

“Where is it, is it near, far, top down? Is it black and white or color? Is it film or still image?

Take note of where it is, and put your hand right where they say the picture is, ask them “right here?”

4. You will then want to create an interrupt state. Something that takes their mind off what they like and “clears the screen.” Ask them if they smell popcorn, ask them if they heard that helicopter go by or anything like that.

5. Now ask them to think of something that is similar in texture to what they really like, but something they really can’t stand. An example of buns could be a pork pie (she couldn’t stand pork), or a bun with a topping that is totally disgusting. If they like vanilla ice cream too much, they may not like plain yogurt. The closer you get to the texture of the food, the better it will work.

6. As in no. In #3 above, when they have a picture of what they don’t like, ask them about the sub-modalities. “Where is it? Is it near, far, top down? Is it black and white or color? Is it film or still image?” Put your hand where the image of this food is. Now, if the location is the same, you won’t have much success with this. Try another food that you don’t like.

7. Create an interrupt state as in #4.

8. Take their hand and put it where they keep the thought of the food they like and say, “Now I move the Danes here.” As you say this, move your hand quickly to the location of the food you don’t like.

9. Create another interrupt state.

10. Try it. Ask them to think about eating buns. (or the food you were working on) Most likely they will dislike it.

The phrase work smarter, not harder, could have a different meaning to everyone. After researching this phrase, I found out that the term originated in the 1930s by Allen F. Morgenstern. As an industrial engineer, he created a work simplification program to increase productivity with less effort.

There are different opinions on this idea, some agree while others don’t. These opinions come from each person’s perspective. My perspective, or opinion, leans toward agreement on the sentence, work smarter, not harder. Let me explain.

In the past I wrote an article titled ‘Why I Say Professional Organizers Are Lazy’. The gist of this article talks about the term working smarter, not harder. In the article I explain why I say that. Simply put, professional organizers find ways to complete tasks with the least amount of effort.

Everyone has their own ways of doing things, and as I’ve said in the past, what works for one may not work for another. Finding ways to work smarter and not harder based on your specific lifestyle requires internal research.

Think about the ways you work on projects and tasks, both professionally and personally. Then take a look at the list below to see if any of these ways will work for you. Including ways to work smarter, not harder, will allow you to get things done easily, thereby reducing your stress in the process.

Get organized

Naturally, this way he would be first on the list! When all your things are organized, you can find what you need quickly. You don’t waste time looking for the necessary items to work on a task or project. Your spaces are clear and there is no clutter to distract you from thinking clearly.

You probably have a lot going on in your head. Make a brain dump by taking them out of your head and placing them on a piece of paper, or if you like electronics, on your computer or phone. Knowing what you have to do is the first step.

to do list

Now that you understand what you want to do, put those tasks on a to-do list. You may have more than one list. I know many will tell you not to do that but sometimes it’s necessary. For example, you might have a list for work and another list for home. That’s fine, it’s less confusing that way. At this point, you want to prioritize the tasks on your list(s).

processes

Using processes is a great way to work smarter, not harder. I’m a big fan of using processes for repetitive tasks. Whether it’s work related or personally, everyone has repetitive tasks of some kind.

When you organize a process by listing the steps and referring to the process each time you perform the task, it will become a routine or habit and you will get things done faster.

But don’t get complacent and stop referring to these processes, or you risk missing a step. It may not sound like a big deal, but it can cost time and/or money, and professionally it can be detrimental to your career.

This is a good way to streamline processes. As you work on a process and the situation changes, modify the process to accommodate the change. This can occur in the form of eliminating a step or steps in the process. By removing a step, the consequence is likely to save time. However, keep in mind that you should not sacrifice quality in your quest to streamline a process.

schedule everything

This point is probably the most effective way to work smarter, not harder. When you schedule all your tasks, projects, and appointments, there’s no question of when and what you need to be doing at any given time.

Use your priority to-do list to schedule all tasks and appointments, either on a paper planner or on an electronic device. Check your paper planner frequently or set audible alerts on your electronic device to stay on schedule.

Take into account additional time to travel or unexpected things that may arise. Downtime should also factor into your busy schedule. Downtime isn’t wasted time, it’s a time to regroup, relax and refresh for an effective strategy of working smarter, not harder.

Young graduates from India have ample opportunities regarding their career. They have the option of working in the public sector, the private sector or starting their own business. India’s thriving economy paves the way for easy employment with lavish pay as soon as young people complete a degree or diploma.

There are thousands of HR companies and consultancies that guide these young people who are looking for people in the private sector. However, suitable websites and organizations that help young people seeking government jobs in state or central government companies are rare. There are so many government jobs in India waiting to hire potential employees. Rural graduates, who cannot cope with the high standards of IT companies, may very well prove themselves in such jobs. Here is a list of some of those jobs.

The Google dictionary definition of prosperity is “the state of being prosperous.” Synonyms listed with the definition include profitability, wealth, wealth, opulence, luxury, good life, milk and honey, (good) fortune, ease, abundance, comfort, security, well-being, e.g., “she deserves all the prosperity of the which he now enjoys.”

In my years of studying, learning, and working on personal growth and development, psychology, counseling, and coaching, there are a few concepts that rise to the top to help you shift your mindset toward a more prosperous mind. The value of this is not only positive for your state of mind and your inner well-being, but also affects you physically and affects the rest of your life (actions and attraction). Some may feel that the topic of positive psychology feels “fluffy,” “optimistic thinking” or unrealistic, however when people find themselves surrounded by negativity, depressed, stuck, and constantly fighting the “funks,” these practices simple can change your life.

While simple, for one thing, these are multi-faceted “practices” to develop and master in your life. There are books that delve into the subject, but for the sake of introduction, here are three components that I have found to be key to developing and growing your thriving mind.

1. Growth or fixed thought. To have a prosperous mind, you must have GROWTH THINKING vs. FIXED THOUGHT. This concept is most commonly taught in the academic and educational world, yet it is the foundation of learning and a central way of thinking, learning and growing that applies to all of our lives. Stanford professor Dr. Carol Dweck studied thousands of children and coined the terms “fixed” and “growth” mindsets to describe the underlying beliefs people hold about learning and intelligence. When students were encouraged to think about growth (“learning is my goal”, “effort makes me stronger”), their scores and results improved. On the other hand, those who have fixed thinking, focus on their limitations and may even be victims of the abilities and talents that they believe they have or do not have without any control to improve. 2. Abundance vs. Shortage. To have a prosperity mindset, look at what IS POSSIBLE vs. what is NOT POSSIBLE. Abundance says there is enough and there is plenty, trust that all that is has perfection. It creates satisfaction and trust of acceptance to see the value and benefit of what is. Scarcity focuses on what we do not have and what is not enough. It creates fear of lack and creates panic to take or receive because there won’t be enough or I won’t have enough. Due to our negative natural human wiring, it is natural to view the world and life from a vestry perspective. For example, two children are sharing and think, if I don’t get the toy I want now, I might not get it. As an adult, if you don’t get the job you apply for, scarcity worries you, I won’t get a job, or I’ll do it poorly. The difference is an abundance mindset, which has similarities or overlaps with the growth mindset that sees it differently. Abundance knows I’ll ever have time with the toy. Abundance knows that if I keep trying I will get the right job at the right time. To me abundance vs scarcity is about trust vs. fear.

3. Detachment vs. attach. Lastly, detachment is the ability to let go of something and if it is meant to be, it will come back. Attachment is a way of seeing, thinking, and doing something. Usually the attachment is getting attached to my way. I have a preconceived idea of ​​how it has to go and look and if it doesn’t happen then I see it as a failure. Detachment sets goals and has visions, but is open to how things may evolve or develop. That doesn’t mean going off course or ten directions, it just means being flexible to possibilities and opportunities as they present themselves and being open enough to recognize them even if they weren’t what you expected. For example, you really want a job at Apple, but you can’t get it. He has the opportunity to volunteer at the high school and help with the tech club, which would be an opportunity to do something related to his goal and make connections that would help him achieve his goal in the future. Often even better opportunities present themselves than we can imagine. It’s all about your attitude.

Prosperity Thinking = Growth Mindset + Prosperity Perspective + Detachment (what can I learn and how can I grow + what is possible and what can I do + open to what happens with no rules, limits or demands on how it evolves).

A good way to test your mindset is to write down your goals and then 5 thoughts about your goals. Put them through the filter and make sure they have a growth mindset, have a prosperity outlook and let go of attachments. If the thoughts are more fixed, sparse, and attached, make a T-chart and write the positive perspective on the other side. You can start to train your thinking and change the way you create, think and respond to the world. The benefits will not only bring more joy and energy to your life, but the impact you will have on others will also be noticeable and significant.

Before World War II, judo was something very different from what we see now.

The Japanese in particular, while on a world war footing, practiced a type of judo that has little in common with the “sport” of today.

Into this mix comes a young Irishman named Dermot Michael O’Neil. He joined the SMP in 1925 at the age of twenty. He rises through the ranks, secures a respected position in the SMP Riot Squad, is recognized as a WE Fairbairn protégé, and earns a reputation as a “good” man in a fight. In addition to his recruit training and his assignment under WEF in the Riot Squad, he becomes a dedicated devotee of Japanese and Chinese fighting, especially Kodokan Judo.

He becomes a recognized expert, a real expert, tested both on the tatami of various “dojo” and on the streets of Shanghai. He trains with some of the BEST native Japanese sensei available. He travels to mainland Japan to test his skill in shiai and randori, often winning against some of Japan’s best. He trains diligently at the Kodokan. He becomes a protégé of the famous Uchijima Sensei, a master of Judo, particularly “newaza” or ground fighting. He gets a practical working knowledge of Judo, Jujutsu, Karate, Chinese Boxing and who knows what else. In 1938 he left the SMP after 13 years of service and headed the security detail of the British legation in Tokyo. He has served in this position for two years. Living and training in Japan, he gets the BEST of his time (and probably ours too)!

FAST FORWARD…

The world is at war. The Allied Powers vs. the Axis of Evil. O’Neil is now in the US, attached to the OSS, working for the WEF. He is forming a new “commando” unit headed by a man named Fredericks. This group comprised of assault raiders coincides with the US and Canadian forces under the banner of the FIRST SPECIAL SERVICE FORCE. They will become LEGEND!

Colonel Fredericks then contacts General Donovan of the OSS and requests the services of the WEF to train these troops. Fairbairn recommends DM “Paddy” O’Neil. O’Neil agrees and goes a step further… he doesn’t Just “train” these men, HE JOINS THEM!

O’Neill gave a lot of thought to the needs of these special troops in relation to close combat. He was instrumental in the development of the V-42 combat knife. But it was the hand-to-hand combat “system” that he devised that was the genius of him!

The entire O’Neill system, as taught then, is little known today. But suffice it to say that this method was a mix of tactics, strategy, and physical combativeness that was amazing, and PROVEN EFFECTIVE in REAL COMBAT countless times.

Now this is not about the practical aspects of the O’Neil method.

The point is this: with ALL of O’Neill’s experience and expertise, the method he devised for all intents and purposes was devoid of any judo or grappling techniques (and remember that the Forces’ initial contact with the enemy would be the Japanese). JUDO WAS HIS FORTE. Because? Because he knew and understood perfectly what the mission of the 1st SSF was about. He tailored the training to address the needs these troops would face in REAL COMBAT!

O’Neill’s logic and genius are evident in the entire method (not just drop by drop of various FM and TM). But more importantly, what lessons can be drawn from this? What can be learned? Why did O’Neil choose the methods and tactics (more important than technique) that he did?

No doubt O’Neil knew his business and knew it well. Then why? That is the question. And what will the answer teach us, now?

I visited the site of the 5-day “Getting Nigerian Businesses Online” (GNBO) event (at the Grandeur Events Center on Billings Way, Oregon) on the 2nd, Tuesday 1st November 2011, and was intrigued by the participation of business owners. Nigerians to Take Advantage of the offer: Everyone loves gifts!

Due to other commitments, I did not plan to stay long. I quickly inquired about the steps involved in creating the promised FREE websites (so I could pass the details on to other interested parties) and found out that the only payment required was domain registration. That made sense, since Google hosting is FREE. The custom system used by the providers is based on the FREE SITE BUILDER interface powered by a Google assistant.

Before I left, I struck up a conversation with a CEO who was leaving, having set up his site. In the course of our discussion, I asked: “Now that you have YOUR website, what next?… What will you say on it?… How will you promote it?… Are you going to place ads on TV, radio, newspapers? , or on Facebook, Google?“

You need a carefully developed plan for your Internet presence!

Guess what? She Thought He Was “Blowing Grammar!” Needless to say, our discussion didn’t last long. Hmm, I guess NOT everyone sees what’s possible. Some people are just fine doing what others are doing.

I started building FREE websites for clients over 3 years ago because I understood this often overlooked but crucial point. Many prospects often asked me in surprise “But why will you build for free? So how do you make money?“

I always pointed out that advances in web technology now equip ANYONE, including 5 year olds, to create dynamic database driven websites with a few clicks and NO technical knowledge. An example is Joomla! – a powerful open source content management system used by millions to build websites. So what I do is get clients to pay me for content writing and developing custom automated web marketing systems.

Unfortunately, many web professionals failed to “get it” and suggested that I build sites for FREE, because my design skills were lacking. With this FREE Google-backed GNBO offering (promoted via TV, radio, print and online media) to millions in its target market of Nigeria, I’m sure not a few of those myopic developers are having nightmares right now. Many GNBO recipients are now Web Marketing leads that I can approach!

To make money, you need to make sales. Building a website is only the FIRST step in the process. Making your website BRING you leads should be your focus. If you don’t have a plan to make that happen (a plan that should ideally influence the construction/design of the site itself), your website will be a DRAIN pipe for your money. Period.

Now that your site is live, I suggest you follow (at least) the steps below

These are basic components of a plan that I would recommend. You can learn about other components by reading other articles I’ve written on business marketing.

1. Content of your website: Ideally, this should happen during installation. But it’s never too late. The content on your site must be responsive, that is, compelling enough for some visitors to contact you or respond to your offer(s). Evaluate your content. If you can’t do it yourself, hire a competent specialist to do a CONTENT REVIEW for you. He/she can help you rewrite it, if necessary. If you need help, call me.

2. Your mailing list: You NEED to generate sales leads, who you can follow up with. If the setup is correct, your website should periodically HARVEST contact information from potential customers on your website’s mailing list. Mailing list software with outbound registration forms. Many hosting providers offer one-click installation of these tools. Offer freebies on your site to entice visitors to leave their names, emails, phone numbers, etc. Over time, you will be able to mine this data for financially rewarding answers.

3. Your follow up: 2 ideas easily come to mind here. Launch a newsletter on the brand website and an article marketing campaign. Use your mailing list software to send messages at decent intervals to subscribers, cleverly making offers and product/service announcements in those streams, from time to time. Keep this up long enough and you will notice MORE subscribers and opportunities to close sales appear.

As a business owner, you probably enter into contractual relationships every day. Many of you deal with written contracts on a fairly regular basis. However, do you understand the basics of contract law and what makes a contract legally binding? Do you know what to look for when reviewing contracts prepared by the other party, or by your own attorney, that make it a legally binding contract?

Under Wisconsin contract law, legally binding contracts, whether oral or written, require three basic components: offer, acceptance, and consideration. An “offer” requires one party to offer something of value to another party, which is then “accepted” by that other party. “Consideration” is what the two parties are required to exchange with each other as part of the contract. The consideration must be something of value, and the consideration must be mutual, that is, both parties must provide something of value under the contract. For example, an agreement whereby one party agrees to pay you $1,000.00 without receiving anything in return is by definition not a contract.

Generally, the consideration takes the form of money paid in exchange for the provision of goods or services. This holds true for multi-million dollar transactions between international conglomerates and when you take your car to a mechanic for repair. A corporation agrees to pay millions of dollars for another corporation to develop specific software or some other product, and you pay your mechanic to replace your spark plugs. In either case, there is an offer, acceptance and consideration, and therefore an enforceable and legally binding contract. Keep in mind, however, that legally binding contracts may require consideration other than money, for example, when two parties agree to exchange parcels of real estate.

Under Wisconsin contract law, all contracts also come with an implied duty of “good faith and fair dealing” by both parties to the contract. While this is a fairly broad phrase, in essence it means that, once an agreement has been reached, both parties have an obligation to make reasonable efforts to meet their respective obligations and to avoid taking steps that impede the execution of the contract. .

The parties to the contracts have the right to enforce them in the courts of law. Generally, remedies for breach of contract take one of two forms, either specific performance or money damages. Specific performance is an equitable remedy most often granted in cases involving real estate transactions, where the court orders the offending party to perform its obligations, i.e., “specifically perform” the contract.

In most cases, the remedy for breach of contract is monetary damages, usually in the form of “consequential” damages. Consequential damages are those damages that naturally arise from a party’s breach of contract and may include the cost to replace a product that was never delivered, the cost to repair a defective product, and any resulting lost profits. However, consequential damages must be “reasonably foreseeable” at the time the contract was created in order to be recoverable.

With certain exceptions, oral contracts can be just as valid and legally binding as a written contract. As a lawyer, I recommend that whenever possible, contractual obligations be set out in a written document signed by both parties. As a general rule, courts are required to look solely at the written contract itself to interpret the obligations of the parties, unless there is some ambiguity in the contract. In the absence of a written agreement, or when there is ambiguity in a written contract, the court may seek extrinsic evidence, including testimony from the parties, to determine its intent. In other words, the judge or jury will determine the fate of the parties, as opposed to the parties themselves. Therefore, written contracts that clearly define the obligations of the parties are almost always preferable to oral contracts.

I close with a suggestion. Never ignore the “boiler” language you often find at the end of contracts. While these provisions may seem like an afterthought added by lawyers to lengthen the contract, they are often vitally important, specifying, among other things, where written notices (for example, to terminate the contract) should be sent in under the contract, where the claim should be filed, and the laws of the jurisdiction that will govern the contract. While it is important to review the detailed provisions of the contract, it may be just as important to understand the “standard” provisions at the end of the contract.
