In the last article I introduced the concept of Chase. This is the mental model that we will use as the basis of the work that I will guide you through for the next three weeks. We will use it to simplify the field of love, sometimes confusing, complex and overwhelming.

Demonology Warlock Leveling Build

Warlocks are my favorite class to level up in WoW. I have leveled up a Warlock using Demonology and Destruction builds and am currently testing the Affliction build to level up.

Demonology has to be the quickest and easiest method to level a warlock. For my Demonology build, I only left out 2 of the available talents, which were Demonic Embrace and Summoner Master. None of these talents are particularly good for leveling purposes, and talent points are best spent in the Destruction talent tree.

Dark Arts and Fel Synergy are the first 2 talents you’ll want to assign your points to, Demonic Embrace can be skipped for now and picked up a bit later. The key is to get off the tree in this build, so at level 2 you’ll want to take Demonic Rebirth, Demonic Aegis, and Mana Feed and then progress further down the talent tree from there.

Next, you’ll want to take Impending Doom, which is a great skill, and assign 3 talent points here before taking Demonic Empowerment and Improved Health Funnel. Now your warlock has some great abilities to reserve health and mana, and also some nice abilities to deal damage.

The next skill you’ll want to take is Hand of Gul’dan. He then takes Aura of Foreboding, allocating the two talent points available here before coming down from the tree again and taking Inferno. He would then assign 2 talent points to both Ancient Grimoire and Decimation.

You can now take Cremation and Demon Pact. Next you want to go back slightly and assign 2 points to Molten Core. Once this is complete, you can take the Metamorhosis ability before placing one more talent point on Molten Core.

That makes for a great Warlock leveling build and there are still 9 talent points that are free to use. I would recommend a hybrid version of Destruction here. The Tree of Destruction can give the Warlock that nice damage boost.

Personally, I would take Bane, which will speed up leveling as it will reduce the casting time of the Shadow bolt, Chaos bolt, and Immolate spells. Enhanced Immolate is another nice ability that will increase the damage dealt by your Immolate spell, which is a DoT (damage over time) spell and would then take Aftermath and Emberstorm from level 2 of the Destruction talent tree to complete leveling build of Brujo.

Prime Glyths that I recommend for this build are Felguard, Incinerate, and Corruption.

The main Glyths that I recommend for this build are Shadowflame, Soul Link, and Death Coil.

Making the big switch from BlackBerry to iPhone wasn’t easy for me. The idea of ​​getting a touchscreen phone was overwhelming, I’ve heard stories about people’s screens packing their phones. So here I am thinking that having a touchscreen phone without the touch is not the way to go.

So about 2 years ago I opted out of buying an iPhone or any touchscreen phone and got my hands on the BlackBerry Bold 9000.

Fast forward to today: I love my BlackBerry Bold. Yes, it’s big, wide, and the camera isn’t the best, but I found it to be ideal for me in every way, and here’s why:

It’s solid, which means I don’t have to worry about being ‘brittle’ about it. I could throw it away a bit and not worry too much. The leather back shell was very stylish and had a slick touch that felt good against my hands. The overall build and styling of this model made the other BlackBerry look cheap and plastic.

Turning on the phone, I was instantly impressed by the clarity and quality of the display. The screen is clearer than my TV, really amazing; is the first thing you notice. Apple has definitely raised the bar by having this. Simply typing a text message or surfing the web is a high definition experience.

Touch screen

Ok, I said I didn’t like touchscreens, but this one is different. The tactile sensitivity of this phone responds very well to every movement of your fingers. It’s the best touchscreen out there and it’s so hard not to love how easy it does things.

Esthetic

The phone looks stylish. Without a doubt, it is thinner, less heavy and flatter than the BlackBerry Bold and still has a quality feel to it. However, I’m not throwing this out in a hurry.

Complete ease

Apple’s iPhone 4 goes to great lengths to make sure you don’t overwork. It makes things so easy: surf the internet, YouTube, play games, whatever you want.

If you own a BlackBerry, you know you have the ability to access YouTube, but what a headache it is to load the browser, load YouTube, load the video, stream / buffer it, and wait. Applications allow you to transform your phone into a comic, novel, game machine, laptop, or whatever else is available. You will never get bored.

Facetime

The first time I tried Facetime, the whole experience felt both amazing and strange at the same time. The fact that you are talking and watching someone in motion is fantastic. I was talking to my friend Smwob and showing him my house! Amazing.

The strength of your Wi-Fi will determine the lag and clarity of the experience, but when I did, the screen was very clear and there was no lag when talking to my friend across town. Truly mind-blowing – a small hint of future technology to come.

General thoughts

So for now, the BlackBerry is packed in its box and I’m waiting for Apple to send me my free iPhone case. I know others may have had different experiences, this is just my personal experience and what I had to go through when switching from Bold to iPhone.

So do I regret signing up on iPhone 4? Not until now. In 24 months, my views may be different and I’m sure there are many more things to discover, good and bad, like getting used to the touch keyboard, but I know one thing, I’m going to have a good time. while doing. With Wisconsin’s recent wave of reverse mortgages, there is a lot of misinformation out there. Remember they are not for everyone, but make sure the reason you are not researching them is not on this list. If you haven’t even looked at a reverse mtg for any of these reasons, please take another look, it might work for you.

1. When I get a reverse mortgage, I no longer own the house my bank owns. This is not true because you are kept on title as the owner of the property. In fact, the bank cannot foreclose on you like a term mortgage. You live in the house for as long as you can and you will always own the property until you decide to sell it. Like a regular mortgage, the bank will place a lien on the home to ensure it is paid off, but you remain in full control of the home.

2. My children will not receive anything when I pass. Your estate only owes whatever the mortgage balance is at the time of payment. The reward is how much you have spent more interest. Any assets that remain are passed on to your heirs. the bank does not keep any of this additional capital. As a simple example, if you owe 25,000 on the mortgage and the house is worth 125,000 and it was sold. The additional 100,000 would not be obtained by the bank or anyone else. Only Comcast’s 30% stake now stands in the way of Disney owning its own online streaming service. In other words, you no longer need to build one from scratch. Plus, Hulu is growing fast.

Hulu is a growth engine

Last week, Hulu announced that it had more than 17 million total subscribers between its on-demand service and its live TV plan. According to Hulu, those numbers were up 40% compared to 2016. The company also said its total audience grew to 54 million unique viewers in total.

Now, many investors will likely scoff at the 17 million subscribers in a market where Netflix has more than 52 million subscribers. But remember, when we think about investing, we want growth.

Netflix isn’t a bad investment, but it’s not likely to see 40% subscriber growth again in a year … especially in the United States. The market is too saturated with Netflix accounts for that.

Hulu, on the other hand, has always had a lot of room to grow, it simply lacked a controlling sponsor with the right mix of content out of the box. With the Disney acquisition, that problem is solved, and both Netflix and Amazon have big and nice goals behind them.

The caveat about Disney’s control of Hulu is, of course, Comcast’s stake in the company. But the two seem to have a mutual respect for each other.

Last February, Comcast offered to merge with Disney, an unsolicited offer that Disney clearly rejected. More recently, Comcast pulled out of the bidding war for Fox assets, clearing the way for Disney to take over.

There is also the possibility that Disney will go ahead with launching its own branded streaming service. Combine this with ESPN’s sports service Disney is planning, and the company could control three different streaming services in 2018. That’s a sizeable chunk of the online entertainment market and worth investing in.

Invest in Walt Disney stocks

Disney shares were far from the best performers last year. But Disney stocks have become a momentum game heading into 2018.

The shares have risen from their September low, with DIS regaining support. Additionally, Disney has pushed its 50- and 200-day moving averages to a bullish crossover, a technical formation that often indicates longer-term gains for stocks.

DIS’s 14-day Relative Strength Index (RSI) sits close to overbought levels. In other words, traders may want to wait for a pullback before initiating a position, depending on their risk tolerance in their portfolio.

That said, with Disney’s growth potential this year with Hulu, its own streaming services, and its sizzling franchises like Star Wars and Marvel, a small risk is worth the potential return.
