The Vince Delmonte Scam Challenge: Top 3 Reasons for Failure

You’ve probably already come across Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense muscle building program. Thousands of naturally thin or thin people looking to gain weight and build some muscle have signed up to learn from Vince Delmonte, but only a few hundred have managed to transform their bodies for the better.

Why might you ask? Is Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense muscle building program a scam? I say far from that because you must understand that the best tools in the world are only as good as their owner.

I’m here to share with you how you should get the most out of Vince Delmonte’s program to achieve the body you want by looking at the top 3 reasons people fail:

1. Expectations Too High: Wherever we go, we’re literally bombarded with images of what our bodies should look like, whether it’s flipping through lifestyle magazines or sitting down to watch Will Smith trash his body by doing push-ups in the latest version. Hollywood movie. How about those makeover reality shows you see on TV? All of these images are misleading because they make it look too easy.

I’ll tell you right away that it takes a long time to successfully achieve those kinds of results or it takes 110% dedication to make it happen in a much shorter period of time. Many of us do not have the freedom to do the latter since, unlike actors, we are not paid to train and eat the best foods in the world every day. A lot of people yell at Vince Delmonte scam after just 2 weeks of following the show because they expect to be ripped apart after just those 14 days of hard work. Go figure! Be somewhat humble in your expectations; Carry out the program faithfully as Vince teaches you and before you know it, in 3 months the people you know will come up to you saying, “Wow! You look spectacular. What did you do?” They will think that you transformed overnight, but you know better. You know how much work you have put in to get to that point.

2. Unmotivated: making a lifestyle change that is completely new to you is certainly very difficult. Transformation isn’t exactly a walk in the park. Following the 2 week time frame as I mentioned earlier, most people start fading at this point. What you would like to call the good news is that this lack of motivation happens to each of us at multiple times throughout the show. I personally have been through it many times and believe it or not, so has Vince Delmonte himself.

The trick to getting through these lows is that we create motivation ourselves. It is stated, but often overlooked at No Nonsense Muscle Building, that we must follow our progress as we go. This includes updating your body measurements from week to week and recording the number of weights you lift for each workout. You can motivate yourself by comparing the information and acknowledging that you are actually making progress regardless of what you perceive. Some people also find that training with a partner works wonders because both of you can help push each other to the top. Some friends of mine even put together a pot of money where the biggest winner after 3 months would take it all. I couldn’t find a partner myself in the early stages of my own training, so I made the camera my best friend. I took a photo before of the body and updated it afterwards every following week. The improvements I saw from photo to photo were incredible and that helped me to constantly stay motivated. Give it a try.

Lack of information: You might be surprised to see this one, but honestly, this is an extremely common reason for failure not only in Vince Delmonte’s show but also in many other programs that are not really scams. You would think that someone who signs up for a reputable training program, like No Nonsense Muscle Building, would have the best information resources available. Well, they do. In fact, they have all the information they need and much more in front of them to get that new body, but they just don’t go through the material.

I’m surprised this happens and I wouldn’t have taken it seriously if I hadn’t seen my friends commit exactly the offense. After going through my own body transformation, I was ecstatic and told some of my still lean and out-of-shape friends about the Vince Delmonte program. 4 out of 5 people I told actually seemed quite over the top and bought the program themselves, but 3 of those 4 just went through the material, followed the training plan half-knowing what it was, and obviously all failed miserably . Quite disappointingly, they blamed the show. One of them even went so far as to say that they scammed him. Scammed by who I asked; Vince Delmonte or yourself? Needless to say, he didn’t speak to me for quite some time. You should review all the material correctly, plan your routines as the program shows you how, and do it frequently during the target time period. The information is there. The lack of information is rather a lack of initiative and application.

Now that I’ve explained the top 3 reasons why people fail, you shouldn’t have any of these issues getting in the way of that body you’ve always wanted. Don’t be discouraged and don’t end up calling the show a scam because I’m sure you will be a winner.
