The ozone layer was a natural barrier that used to prevent the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. Without this layer, lightning strikes the earth and causes the temperature to rise. Researchers have found an ozone hole in our atmosphere, which they say is the main reason for the melting of glaciers in the polar regions. Land that is mainly made up of developing or underdeveloped countries, which has a large population needs electricity for day-to-day activities. The electricity supply is satisfied mainly with the burning of fossil fuels. Fossil fuel burning releases carbon dioxide which causes global warming.

The causes of global warming have been working for a long time and it has slowly led to the rise in temperature. The satisfying fact is that at least now the governments of various countries and their people have begun to understand that they are one of the causes of global warming. Therefore, the combined efforts of the different countries have started to control the global warming and thus prevent the destruction of our habitat. Awareness, alternative forms of energy, energy conservation and reforestation can help.
