How the gurus are setting you up for business failure (if you let them)
I’m the impatient type of person. By the time I decide what needs to be done, I want it done NOW!
Not tomorrow.
Not next week (God forbid!)
Ideally, it should have been done yesterday if I had things my way.
I’m sure I drive my team crazy with my unrealistic expectations, but you know what? It’s a big reason we’re still thriving after 18 years.
You see, my impatience is to your benefit when it comes to our level of customer service.
By the time we receive a request, my expectation is that whoever is responsible for fulfilling it will do so as soon as possible.
This quick response service has earned us a reputation for being reliable and trustworthy.
I dare say that not many agencies like ours have the same reputation.
It amazes me when I hear stories of clients coming to us saying their web persona has hidden them or it takes 2+ weeks to do a quick website update.
Is this a way of doing business?
Hell no!
Customer service is one of the biggest focus areas that every company should pay close attention to. Without it, customers don’t have much reason to be loyal, and they’ll quickly look for someone else who can provide a better experience.
But there is another aspect of the impatience of which many entrepreneurs are victims, which is even more important.
And that is their impatience to succeed.
They don’t want to do the hard work like writing a business plan. Or a marketing plan for that matter.
They don’t want to do their due diligence to explore whether their idea will actually have a market to sell.
They don’t want to set up their books to know their numbers. Budget? What’s that??
The list goes on. They’re boring things you don’t want to have to deal with.
What they DO want to do is create.
Create a program that thousands of people will buy online so they can relax on the beach and reap the rewards without any effort. (Which is what the gurus promise.)
Write a book so they can become instant best-selling authors and keynote speakers, earning thousands of dollars with every submission. (Which is what the gurus promise.)
Build an Instagram account with 6-figure followers so they can become influencers and earn millions from amazing sponsorship deals. (Which is what the gurus promise.)
These are just some of the visions entrepreneurs come up with, but no business plan to actually make it happen!
They want to skip all the steps necessary to create a sustainable and successful business, because that’s not fun or creative.
I understand. We all want to accelerate our success. We can all be impatient, especially when it comes to making money!
So if you’re guilty of skipping a step or two with your business fundamentals, it’s not too late. Stop what you’re doing, get help if you need it, and work on those basics before moving on to creative mode.
Your business will thank you for years to come.

Music is considered an art and a science for a very good reason! Experts in the fields of neuroscience, psychology, biology, physiology, physics, and education have worked alongside musicians to unravel the mysteries of music. Such research aims to understand the basic structure of music; its biological, emotional and psychological effect on humans and the brain; it is curative and altering potential; and its role in the evolutionary process. Music helps scientists understand complex functions of the brain and opens up treatments for patients recovering from strokes or suffering from Parkinson’s. Research even suggests that music can alter the structure of the brain.
Also, words have power, real energy. This is shown in the fact that music can move us, sadden us or inspire us. We get goosebumps when we hear a favorite tune, and the opening bars of an old-school song take us back to old memories. Throughout history, songs have been created with the intention of inspiring feelings of happiness, joy, praise, relaxation, anger, anguish, destruction, etc. Wow! Can music do all this?
The good news is that there is a balance. For parents, it is recommended not to disparage all rap and hip hop music. There are good, wholesome compositions that your little ones can enjoy, and you can feel confident that they are feeding their minds with sensible ideas.

There are some elements that I feel many don’t realize. I have received many letters from people asking why they are not burning as much fat as fast as they would like. Well guys and gals, there are some small changes you can make to your lifestyle that will burn off that stubborn fat much faster.
1. First thing, you should exercise first thing in the morning. After brushing your teeth and such, you should do it right away. Why do you ask? There are a couple of reasons. One is that exercising in the morning before eating means that instead of your body burning the carbohydrates from the meals you’ve eaten, it’s looking to burn something else. Burn fat fast. During the night, to maintain other bodily functions such as digestion, blood flow, respiration, etc. In the morning, if you exercise before consuming any kind of food, your body will not burn the calories and carbohydrates as it will have nothing to burn. It will turn to burn something else, and that is burning body fat instead.
2. You should exercise for about 45 minutes to an hour. Don’t panic, this is not a straight forward exercise all the time, this includes warm up and cool down! You should slowly increase your heart rate and methodically decrease it. Do not use start and stop methods, as this could be dangerous.

I have discovered it from experience, believe me!
4. EAT BREAKFAST. Don’t skip it. Skipping meals and not providing the body with enough fuel it needs will put the body back into starvation mode, which actually helps to STORE fat. And we don’t want that, right? This is very important if you want to burn fat fast.
5. Eat fewer carbs. You will see very clearly how you can balance this in life. I’m not saying cut them out entirely and never have a nice, fresh piece of French bread again. But if your body has fewer carbs to burn, it will look for something else to burn. Yeah! Like body fat you want to burn quickly and get rid of. The book has great meal plans and recipes for those “good girl” days as well as those “bad girl” days. You have to read it. You will learn how to lose weight fast and you will love to see how fasting you will see results.

We are all guilty of judging our own success by comparing ourselves to others. Friends, there is not a single person better than you as a human being if you are not hurting people, or involved in criminal activity and doing the best you can at what you do.
The most important goals we can set for ourselves are those that help us achieve satisfaction with life.
Take time, as you write down your resolutions for the new year, to see if the following thoughts fit into your game plan for the coming year.
1. Visualize how you want your life to be – Take time every day to relax and think about what you want. Visualize how you see yourself. What you do, what you wear, who you hang out with. Change the way you dress if it makes you feel better about yourself. See yourself as someone with endless energy and ready to take on the world or at least his next task. Feel good about yourself.
2. Learn something new every day– keep reading, researching and brainstorming. Just reading something of interest can turn on a light that gives you an idea or an answer to a problem you’ve been considering.
3. Interact with positive people– if your friends are negative, they will tear you down. There are people who find something wrong with any experience or idea that comes their way. These people may be members of your own family. Make it a point to network and make friends with positive people who have similar interests to yours. Those are the people who will keep you motivated when things don’t seem to go as planned.
4. enjoy the simple things– Take time to enjoy the things you like to do. What kind of life is it to focus only on what you think others expect of you. Take time to smell the roses.
5. Laugh a lot– this is the cheapest and safest form of therapy anyone can have. Laughing helps you forget your problems, reduces stress and stimulates the release of endorphins, which are the body’s natural painkillers.
6. Make exercise part of your life– If you don’t focus and take care of yourself, what use will you serve others? Exercising lowers stress, helps clear mental cloudiness, relaxes you, improves your morale, and helps you be more productive. You will enjoy life, your work, it will be more pleasant to be around and you will increase your chances of living a longer and healthier life.
7. Staying healthy– you should educate yourself on what is considered optimal health as a lifelong goal. Take the time to learn what your ideal weight, blood pressure, and cholesterol should be. Learn and understand what disease you may be at risk based on your lifestyle, family history, and habits. You may think that this is your doctor’s problem, but in reality you are ultimately responsible for your own health. The most important thing you can do for yourself and your loved ones is to do your part to understand your health so you can live a longer, more productive life. If there are health issues that need to be addressed, address one at a time, unless it’s something life threatening.
8. be happy– If you are unhappy you must look within to determine what is keeping you in that state of mind. There’s no question that financial, health, relationship and other problems can weigh so heavily on you that it’s hard to see joy in any aspect of your life. Sometimes just hearing another person’s perspective on something will improve your perspective and give you direction. Don’t hesitate to seek professional advice if things don’t seem to be changing. Some of the brightest and most successful people have a therapist who helps them keep things under control. Try to look inside yourself and find what you need to bring you happiness. Try to find within yourself what would make you happy if you could never change your current relationships, financial situation, or social status. I’m sure there are others who would agree that having more than enough money, the biggest house, the nicest car, etc. ultimately it does not bring more happiness. All of these things come with their own set of headaches. Financial security brings you more opportunities, but not true happiness. This is not meant to give you an excuse not to try to make changes, but to encourage you to look deeper for what you need in life to feel content and happy.
9. Manage your stress– we are all unique in the way we respond to stressful situations in life. You need to find ways to help relieve stress, even if you only allow yourself 5 minutes a day. Failure to manage your stress will have a negative impact on all aspects of your life. Offer to help someone, so they can take a break to relieve stress. They will most likely be happy to return the favor.
10 Take a break to worry– Constantly worrying about all the issues in life can paralyze you. It can lead to procrastination in all aspects of your life. If you are constantly worrying about things, take the time to write them all down. Then look at each one and determine if there is someone or something that can help eliminate that worry. Allowing another person to help you deal with overwhelming problems will allow you to focus on more important things in your life in a more productive way. It could be something as simple as letting someone else handle phone calls from collectors you avoid. It can be hard to do and takes some practice, but take 5-10 minutes a day to worry about the things on your mind. Then refocus on the most important task that will help you regain your joy. in your life
eleven teach something– we all have unique experiences, knowledge and wisdom that will benefit others. Keep learning and then pass it on. The best way to keep feeling young is to feel useful. Make it your goal, for the new year, to pass on something useful to someone who expresses an interest in your interest.
No matter what your game is, if you’re doing the best you can then that should be good enough. If you want to find fulfillment and happiness, you must not allow your satisfaction in life to revolve around how someone else lives or does things. If you make a living, take care of your family, and are a good parent, no one can or has the right to say that they are better than you.
If you’re not satisfied with your performance, look at how others are doing something similar to what you’re currently focusing your time on. Study your methods and then tweak your system until you feel like things are good enough. Watching and learning how others perform certain tasks or lead their lives does not make them a better person, they may simply be doing something similar differently or more efficiently.
This could apply to anyone. It doesn’t matter if your game is being a parent, teaching second grade, a doctor, a nurse, pumping gas, or running the most powerful country in the world. There will always be someone who does it a little better or differently than you. That makes them an opportunity for you to learn and hone your skills.
I speculate that future wealth will not be reflected in our checking account balance, but rather in the value we provide to others through networking and just being a good person.
No matter how small or incredible your goals for 2009, make it your mission to share something of value with others. Those things that you consider trivial may be just what it takes to change your world and the world of those around you.

A very important part of a healthy lifestyle is exercising your body correctly and consistently and practicing deep breathing. These keys are added, of course, to a good diet and a healthy diet. This change had a huge impact on my weight loss and personal fitness. Not only did I lose another 10-12 pounds, but I got in better physical shape.
Regular exercise can benefit your body in many ways. First, exercise helps break stress and tension and helps release it from the body. Stress is negative energy that wears down your body, but exercise allows it to leave the body. Second, exercise increases oxygen to the cells, which is necessary for life and vitality. Third, exercise stimulates every cell in the body to help eliminate toxic waste. Each cell produces its own toxic waste and each cell needs stimulation to eliminate that toxic waste and stay healthy. Fourth, exercise increases the movement of lymphatic fluid in the body, which is an important factor in the process of eliminating toxins. Most people’s lymphatic systems are dangerously sluggish and clogged, and moving the body through exercise helps get the lymph fluid moving. Fifth, exercise opens channels in the body to help electromagnetic energy flow freely and unimpeded. 5-STEP WORKOUT FOR FITNESS AND WEIGHT LOSS
I’d like to share with you the 5-step exercise routine I used to help me get over the rut and lose even more weight, as well as get more physically fit. I encourage you to follow my lead and start implementing a daily exercise route that includes these 5 steps. One of the keys to my exercise routine was to include consistent aerobic and anaerobic exercise every day.
One of the main reasons I had gained weight was that my metabolism had slowed down. When I was younger, I could eat almost anything without gaining weight because I had a fast metabolism. However, once I hit my forties my metabolism really slowed down and I started to gain quite a bit of weight because I wasn’t eating the right foods and not exercising. There are certain glands and organs in the body (such as the thyroid, pancreas, liver, stomach, small and large intestines, and colon) that regulate how well the body burns food for fuel and how it also converts food into stored fat. When some of these glands and organs are clogged or sluggish or not working properly, a person’s metabolism slows down and they begin to convert more and more food into fat instead of fuel.
What are the two main reasons for a slow metabolism? The first major cause of a slow metabolism is the amount of toxins you are putting into your body. Most of these toxins enter your body through what you eat and drink, in other words, through an unhealthy diet. These toxins include artificial food additives, chemical residues used in growing food that are transferred into your body, artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, and excitotoxins such as monosodium glutamate, prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as toxins in the water supply, like fluoride. and chlorine. These are toxins that slow your metabolism, which in turn causes your body to store energy from food as fat.
The second main cause of a slow metabolism is a low amount of muscle in your body and a lack of regular walking exercise. The more muscle your body has, the higher your metabolism will be. After you get into the habit of taking your daily walk, your body will crave and look forward to this activity every day. It will not be hard work, but a joy and a pleasure. Oh, I almost forgot. Don’t do your mighty walk on busy streets that are full of toxic poisonous gases from cars, buses and trucks. Find a calm and quiet place like a local park where you can breathe fresh, clean air.
KEY II – Practice DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES
to increase oxygen in the lungs and body. Most people don’t breathe deep enough to boost their metabolism and fat-burning ability. You can do this throughout the day, but be sure to do it especially while you’re taking your power walk. Learn to start breathing very deeply, from your belly, up through your lungs, filling your lungs with more and more oxygen. Normally I breathe very shallowly; however, by practicing deep breathing exercises, I have been able to increase the amount of oxygen in my lungs, which has had an effect on my entire body. I would recommend that you practice deep breathing throughout the day. Write the words “Breathe Deep” on a small index card and post it in front of your desk or computer and in your car as an hourly reminder.
KEY III – LIFTING SMALL WEIGHTS
every other day to increase your muscle strength. Get a set of 3- or 5-pound dumbbells to start. After several months, you may gain weight by 3 to 5 pounds or 5 to 10 pounds. Develop some simple lifting routines to work the various muscles in your upper body. Keep track of how many reps you do, and then try to increase that every day. When I first started doing this, I actually combined my little weight lifting routine with a little stepping to work my lower body as well. You can find a small stepper machine at your local sporting goods store. It’s a little 1 foot by 1 foot machine that you stand on and go up and down. It has small hydraulic pumps that create resistance so that you have the feeling that you are climbing stairs. I recommend that you do this in conjunction with your weight lifting routine so that you are working out both your upper and lower body. Start by slowly lifting weights every other day for about 10 minutes and then slowly increase that time until you are doing this for 20-30 minutes a day. Remember, only lift weights every other day, not every day because your muscles need time to rest and rebuild. You’ll be amazed at the difference 20 minutes a day of light weight lifting will make for your body.
KEY IV – Wear a “REBOUNDER” for 5-10 minutes a day.
A trampoline is a mini-trampoline about 4 feet in diameter, on which you gently bounce up and down. Doing this allows you to simultaneously stimulate and strengthen every cell in your body, stimulate your lymphatic system, and increase your metabolism. It is also very effective for weight loss.
KEY V – DAILY SEXUAL EXERCISE.
Enjoy the pleasure of vigorous sex with your spouse every day. Start incorporating sexual exercise into your daily exercise routine, but don’t make it a routine. Keep it creatively spiced with variety. Several studies have shown that vigorous daily sex burns fat and improves health. If you don’t believe me, try it. It’s fun, it’s free, and it feels fantastic!

Your customers will be driven by greed, try offering 2 for 1 and see what happens. Everyone wants a great bargain and that is why they are here to start. We see this everywhere. eBay is so successful because everyone goes there looking for a bargain, and let me not mention a night out. You’ve just walked into a bar and bought a pint of something wonderful and you meet a long lost friend who offers you another pint. Instead of calmly saying that the first one is full, what do you do? That’s how it is! You accept and go down first at record speeds! That’s greed, my friends, and it can help you make tons of sales.
