Islamic Jewelry Trends Demystified

Islamic jewelry trends have been on the rise for a few years now in various Muslim countries. During a recent visit to Dubai, I noticed a noticeable increase in the number of shops displaying gold and silver jewelry with beautiful Islamic designs and inscriptions. There was a magnificent array of intricately designed pieces sprinkled with diamonds and other precious gems including sapphires, rubies, emeralds, tanzanite, amethysts and many more. Fashionable Islamic jewelry items were also available in a wide variety at very reasonable and affordable prices.

Some pieces featured a cluster of gold-encrusted gems to accent calligraphically written names or sayings from the Holy Qur’an, such as “Ayat-ul-Kursi” and the four “Qul”. Others offered a single highlighted stone in a delicate setting with a mosque or other Islamic icons engraved on it. Some designer Islamic jewelry was also available, lending style and uniqueness to these exquisite pieces at high prices for the wealthy and wealthy.

The most popular item of Islamic jewelry that was available in almost every store, whether high-end or low-end, was variations of “Allah” pendants. These pendants came in all different sizes, shapes, and metals. These dazzling pendants were the center of attention in all Islamic jewelries as they show devotion to the Supreme Being. These pendants are also considered a very prestigious form of gift as they represent and signify the blessing of Allah SWT on the recipient. These “Allah” pendants can add decency and beauty to any type of outfit, regardless of the occasion it is worn.

Another form of Islamic jewelry that has gained popularity is Kaaba hologram pieces. These holograms are available in pendants, bracelets, rings, and watches, and are in high demand, particularly by tourists to the area. These items are very well crafted with a hologram of the Kaaba that normally rotates within them, giving the owner the privilege of looking at it and feeling closer to Allah SWT. These are considered a popular gift item to take to various countries as it is a specialty available mainly in Middle Eastern countries. These are mostly available from trendy jewelry stores or street vendor stalls at fairly cheap prices, which is another reason why they are very common among vacationers.

As Islamic jewelry has gained fame in the Middle East, it is now easier to find online as well. Various Islamic store websites also offer a wide range of fashionable Islamic jewelry and one of them is Islamic Impressions. Islamic Impressions offers a range of high quality jewelery for its customers all over the world. Additionally, designers have started creating websites for their “one-of-a-kind” pieces. Most customers prefer to buy diamond encrusted items or jewelry from these designers at extravagant prices for their individuality and exclusivity. Dubai’s high society is seen wearing these rare and distinctive jewelery items at all major events.
